Keto is short for ketogenic, an eating style that reduces carbohydrate intake, increase fat intake, and moderate protein intake in order to achieve a metabolic shift known as ketosis. What ketogenic diet does is switch the body from burning glucose to burning fats. There are many forms of ketogenic eating, for our keto plan is whole food based form that’s rich in health-promoting foods and fats. The result of you can expect from this course is effortless weight loss, reduce appetite and lower and more stable blood sugar.

We focus on healthy fats

We mostly use the saturated fats and monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) like eggs, chicken with skin, bacon, avocado, almond, olive oil.

We provide 2 meals or 3 meals plan to suit with your lifestyle. But we would like you to know that 2 meals plan is designed for people who have 1 meal that is not available to take our healthy meal (for example; having dinner with friend or family). Therefore, in the 1,200 kcal 2 meals plan, your accumulate calories per day will be around 800 kcal instead so you can have your own meal and still be on track.

We provide 2 meals or 3 meals plan to suit with your lifestyle. But we would like you to know that 2 meals plan is designed for people who have 1 meal that is not available to take our healthy meal (for example; having dinner with friend or family). Therefore, in the 1,500 kcal 2 meals plan, your accumulate calories per day will be around 1,000 kcal instead so you can have your own meal and still be on track.

Caution !

As this meal plan, carbohydrate will be decreased significantly, therefore, we would like to give information on which type of people that should not take this course or should discuss with your doctor or trainer before entering.

  1. Pregnant women: Because a ketogenic diet is not contain enough protein and carbohydrate which are essential in developing fetus. Even in breast feeding period, we recommend you to try more balancing diet.

  2. People with hypothyroidism: Insulin is needed to convert the inactive thyroid hormone T4 into the active hormone T3. People on a ketogenic diet generally restrict carbohydrates to the point where not enough insulin is available for this process.

  3. Children and teen: At young age, they are still growing and developing. A ketogenic diet, which has been shown to be a major bodily stressor if not implemented correctly, can have a negative effect on their development.

  4. High performance athletes: A ketogenic diet may be challenging if you’re a competitive or high-performance athlete since higher activity levels require more calories and quick fuel that often come from carbohydrate sources. Athletes that adopt a ketogenic diet and don’t follow it correctly are at higher risk for adrenal fatigue and hormone dysregulation.

  5. People who have to take medecine regulary like pressure reducing drug or insulin injection should consult with pharmarcist or doctor first.
