This page sets out the terms and conditions (Terms) on which D Double K ltd (referred to as Healthy Tasty) will deliver meals to you ordered from Healthy Tasty’s website: www.healthytastyclubbyht.com (the site) and LINE: @healthytasty (application). Please read these terms carefully before purchasing Healthy Tasty.

Allergies

  • Meals Plan: Please inform our staff through LINE: @healthytasty before completing your payment to ensure that we can prepare suitable and safe meals for you.

  • A La Carte: The ingredients in the A La Carte menu cannot be changed, therefore, please read the ingredient information carefully if there is any ingredient you are allergic to.

Nutrition Information

Please note that nutritional information on our site reflects recent updates to meals based on evolving ingredients. The nutritional information for meals at the time of their preparation is reflected on the labels on our meal containers. Healthy Tasty will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on nutritional information, nor for ensuring that whatever foods you purchase or consume are in accordance with your respective dietary needs, restrictions or preferences. Please note that excluding categories from your profile does not guarantee that your meals will exclude certain food product ingredients which may contain those products. As such, you should always check the ingredients associated with any products that you receive from Healthy Tasty or inform our staff via LINE: @healthytasty to avoid potential allergic reactions. If you have or suspect that you have an allergic reaction or other adverse health events, promptly contact your health care provider.

Product claim and complaints

If you are unhappy with your food for a legitimate reason such as:

- incorrect meals received; or

- failure of meals to arrive.

For any complaints and product claims, please contact us directly via LINE: @healthytasty. In order to request product claims, you should include photographic or videography as evidence. Healthy Tasty may provide a refund or other compensation as appropriate.

You will be responsible for keeping your meals fresh in the fridge after delivery. You also should make sure that the fridge is cool enough to store food (our recommendation is the temperature lower than 5°C). We will not take responsibility for the product that has not been properly stored after successful delivery.
