The type of diet we encourage during pregnancy refers to fine-tuning your eating habits to ensure you are receiving adequate nutrition for the health of you and your baby. Healthy eating during pregnancy is critical to your baby’s growth and development. In order to get the nutrients you need, we will provide you with a variety of food groups, including fruits and vegetables, bread and grains, protein sources, and dairy products. However, in each phase of pregnancy, several moms are experiencing different kinds of food allergies and diabetes during pregnancy which our nutritionist will assist you to plan and prepare meals that match your needs and condition.

We focus on beneficial nutrition for you and your baby.

Fruits and Vegetables that contain Vitamin C and Folic Acid like orange, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, beetroot, peas, asparagus, and pumpkin.

Bread and Grains Whole grain and enriched products like brown rice provide important nutrients such as iron, B Vitamins, fibre, and some protein, even.

Protein Poultry, fish, eggs, and beans contain the protein, B vitamins and iron needed in pregnancy.

Calcium Calcium is essential for building strong teeth and bones, normal blood clotting, and muscle and nerve function so we also provide sources of calcium include milk, cheese and yogurt.

Other beneficial ingredients like banana blossom, ginger, zucchini.

We provide 2 meals or 3 meals plan to suit with your lifestyle. But we would like you to know that 2 meals plan is designed for people who have 1 meal that is not available to take our healthy meal (for example; having dinner with friend or family). Therefore, if you order 2 meals a day, your accumulated calories per day will be around 1,000 kcal instead so fill in the remained calories with your own meal.

(1 - 12 weeks of pregnancy)

Provide around 1,600 - 1,800 kcal per day

We provide 2 meals or 3 meals plan to suit with your lifestyle. But we would like you to know that 2 meals plan is designed for people who have 1 meal that is not available to take our healthy meal (for example; having dinner with friend or family). Therefore, if you order 2 meals a day, your accumulated calories per day will be around 1,200 kcal instead so you can fill in the remained calories with your own meal.

(13 - 24 weeks of pregnancy)

Provide around 1,600 - 1,800 kcal per day
