What’s Paleo diet

Paleo is short for “Paleolithic“, but the name is less important than the power of overall approach. The Paleo lifestyle is simply about eating whole foods that provide better fuel for your body and avoiding processed, refined, nutrient-poor factory food. However, some paleo diet will not allowed much of grains and dairy but our perfect paleo plan will focus on protein, carbohydrate, fat intake and food that support your muscle mass to make sure that you have sufficient energy for your active body building activities.

Paleo is not about calorie counting but nutrition, meanwhile, we know that you and your trainer would like to know the number so you can plan your training programs better.

Calories: 500-600 kcal per meal

Protein: 40 - 60 grams per meal

Carb: : 50 - 60 per meal

Fat: 15 - 30 grams per meal

We also focus on providing ingredients that will benefit bodybuilding

Protein-rich: chicken breast, lean pork, eggs, sea bass, and tofu

Nutrient-dense carb: potatoes, brown rice, pumpkin, whole wheat

However, we understand that each people will have a different training program which works for them so we are welcome to adjust ingredients up to your trainer's suggestion.
